The Waterfall presents a refreshing menu of Southern Italian classics by Chef de Cuisine Marco De Vincentis. Enjoy an exquisite selection of celebrated favourites from the southern coast of Italy. Guests may choose from 27 new a la carte creations and six new desserts, including homemade pastas, fresh seafood and Southern Italian signature dishes.
Select from a new range of 18 pasta dishes including heirloom recipes that Chef Marco inherited from his grandmother. Enhancing the authenticity of the cuisine, the pastas are handcrafted at The Waterfall to ensure they are of exceptional quality. New highlights include: Spaghetti Al Nero Di Seppia, Scampi E Datterini, home-made Squid Ink Pasta flavoured with rich Scampi Sauce and Cherry Tomatoes with a hint of Chilli for added spice and Trottole Portobello, Nepitella E Pomodori Passiti, Trottole Pasta with Portobello Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Fragrant Nepeta Herb.
The a la carte dishes are priced from SGD 14.
