Head Dim Sum Chef Li Shou Tao of Shang Palace pays homage to the fine art of Cantonese gastronomy by presenting a refreshing dim sum menu featuring 14 new and exquisite dim sum items. A master of both traditional and contemporary culinary techniques with more than 23 years of experience crafting dim sum, Chef Li marries traditional flavours with bright hints of citrus and herbs to achieve perfect harmony.

From 13 June 2016, enjoy sweet and savoury dim sum delights such as the Lychee Prawn Roll; Steamed Sakura Shrimp and Chicken Dumpling; Steamed Lotus Paste Duckling-shaped Bun; and Steamed Enoki Mushroom Dumpling with Preserved Vegetables alongside all-time favourites such as the Shang Palace Xiao Long Bao; Steamed Lobster with Bitter Gourd Dumpling; and Barbecued Pork Pastry.
