. Session 2: 9.30am to 10.15am For a revolutionary aqua exercise join us at our swimming pool for an Aquaspin™ class with highly-qualified trainers who are passionate and devoted to providing you with the most enjoyable workouts.

Kundalini Yoga – Thursdays at 6pm Practice the ‘yoga of awareness’ which aims to cultivate your creative spiritual potential and awaken your Kundalini energy.

Tennis Coaching – Private classes available on request two days in advance.
